Dr. Mansi Shah is an eminent Dental Surgeon. She has completed her graduation in Dentistry (BDS) from YMT Dental College & Hospital, Navi Mumbai.

With her profound knowledge and dedication towards dentistry she has been treating patients with the best possible quality. She has special interest in field of Dental Implants, Temporomandibular Joint and Occlusion, Root Canals & Full Mouth Rehabilitation.

Dr. Mansi has done a comprehensive Dental Implant course under the expert guidance of Dr. Ali Tunkiwala and Dr. Udatta from the prestigious Impart Academy.

Dr. Pratik Shah is an Orthodontist & Dentofacial Orthopaedician. He specializes in Braces & Aligners. He has completed his graduation (BDS) and Post graduation (MDS) from YMT Dental College & Hospital.

He has always strived for excellence in terms of providing patient care, having worked as a consultant Orthodontist in various private clinics in north and south Mumbai. In the quest to serve the Community, he also has rendered his services to a number of Charitable Centres in Mumbai.

He is one of the few Invisalign providers in the city, being trained under Dr. Vas Srinivasan from Australia. Along with Invisalign, he is also a Flash Aligner provider, one of the prominent aligner systems, housed in Mumbai. Practicing exclusive Orthodontics &Dentofacial Orthopedics since years now and with a blend of conventional as well as the latest techniques like self-ligating systems, lingual orthodontics, use of Micro implants and clear Aligners in his armory. It generally requires 2-3 visits to complete a root canal, but with experience and expertise over the same, in certain selective situations where it is possible, we provide solution of single sitting root canal treatment in which disinfection of the canal and filling is done in a single appointment itself.

DENTAL CROWNS AND BRIDGES

DENTAL FILLINGS

Dental fillings are materials placed in order to replenish the tooth structure which would have been lost secondary to decay, fractures due to trauma or after root canal treatment so as to give support to existing tooth structure.

Anterior teeth fillings are done in such a way that function and aesthetics both are maintained. It is done with a tooth-coloured material giving it the most natural shade comparable to the existing surrounding teeth.

CHILD DENTAL CARE

Child dental care or paediatric dentistry is dental treatment focused for treating children.

The earlier dental check-ups are started, the better it is for the child. In our practice, we take extra efforts to ensure that the child acquires positive attitude towards dental health and feel comfortable in the clinic. The first physical check up for children should be done by the age of 6 years.

Following are the procedures which children could require for their optimum dental health;

1) Dental scaling and polishing (cleaning) of teeth.

2) Filling after removal of decay.

Self-Ligating braces are a modern version of conventional and ceramic braces. They are braces which have a built in clip for wire adjustments.

These braces produce lower friction when coupled with the wires, thus resulting in more efficient movement in terms of time.(I.e., certain movements are faster with self-ligating braces as compared to conventional braces).
